HIV is inactivated in air (and saliva also, btw) so if there is no insertion, all activities are classified as air, no matter if there is fluid, cuts etc on sex organs, you can't get infected. Only insertive vaginal or anal without a condom are sex risks for HIV. You didn't insert, so you have no risk.
