Workplace exposure?

I work at an australian hospital as a wardsperson/cleaner. I was mopping the floors of the ward and to be honest can't remember If I mopped any blood up or not. There was none obvious anyway. As I was ringing the mop out some water splashed up and I think I may have gotten a very small amount of the water in my eye. assuming someone on the ward was HIV positive, am I at any risks?
