l need help to know what is wrong

Last year feb l had an unprotected sex with a friend whom l don't know is heath status,4weeks later l had flu,so l went for an hiv test that came out negative.at this time my boyfriend was in prison and came out a month later.oct will both had stomach pain every morning that normally last for like 10-20 Min's it last till December befor we started having running stomach, December l went for my yearly general test and l was told that am seriously short of iron and was also diagnose of hpv from this time l had serious panic,that lead to fever,joint and bone weakness,headache,my doctor said nervous problem because at ist l mistake hpv for hiv.l was on serotonin 25mg and pram 20mg tablet,l got better after 2weeks and stop the medicament.now am feeling so much symptom

dizziness
dry lips
chronic neck and back pain that as last for one year
itching eyes
burning back and skill
sore in my inside chick
tiredness
        please can someone tell me what the problem is? are these hiv symptom or are cause by my marijuana smoking.

l finally done the HIV test 2day an it was negative,thank God,l still have to figure out why am have this symptom.if and one have an ideal please we be really grateful.

the only way to know one's status is by testing at least 3 months post exposure
