False Negative test result after 9.5 weeks

Hi,

My HIV antigen and antibody test results came back negative. I know that after 12 weeks it is a conclusive result and that 9.5 weeks is close to conclusive. My exposure was in the "higher" risk category (unprotected vaginal and anal). I am wondering if my result was affected by the crystal meth I took 3 days prior to the test, thus giving me a false negative.

Cheers.

9.5 weeks is very acurate.
Get tested at the three month period just for peace of mind.
It will be negativ since u tested negative at 9.5 weeks.

A conclusive negative result can be obtained at your 3 months test. You can't call it a false negative because you are still in the window period.
