Worried about HIV

Hi there,
I've been driving myself crazy over a lot of health concerns I've been having lately and I wonder if HIV could be the cause. I'm a teenager and I've only foreplayed with two girls in my life (never had anal or vaginal sex) after the first girl I was so worried about HIV I got tested and obviously came back negative. And the second girl is my girlfriend who is a virgin also and has never done anything with anyone else. I've only given /received oral sex about 4 times. Given once with the first girl and given twice with my girlfriend, and received once. I know it may sound stupid but it's been driving me crazy. I developed a kind of water infection called epididymitis which I tested for chylmdia and gonnerhea as the cause but they came back negative. So it must have been some other kind of everyday bacteria?mthis lead me thinking I caught HIV from a toilet? Could someone please give me some advice? I don't want to get tested again! Could HIV be behind my other health issues? Thank you

Thanks for your answer... So I don't have HIV and I don't need to get tested?

HIV transmission is not possible without getting involved in unprotected anal or vaginal penetration.
