Worried about hiv

I had sex with a female a little over a week ago. It was unprotected for about 15 seconds but then the rest of the time it was protected. She said she didn't have any stds. 3 days after the glands in my neck got swollen and i got a minor fever and there were white spots on my tonsils and about 2 days after that I got a sore in my mouth. I went to the doctor and got antibiotics and in less than a day I felt alot better. Is it possible to have symptoms of HIV after just 3 days? And would HIV symptoms go away from antibiotics? Any help is appreciated because I'm really really really worried

The symptoms you had have nothing to do with HIV. Sounds like HIV anxaity to me.

You did have a small risk. I wouldnt stress over it. Get tested in 3 months just to be sure.

HIV can be transmitted on the first exposure that is why you use condoms correctly and consistently.
