2/3 day symptoms very unusual...

Hi everyone now this might sound rediculous but here's the story.
Afew months ago I had sex with a lady in a Spanish country. She told me she was from Hungary. Anyways we had a one night stand and I was very drunk! Unsure if I used protection or not. The following 24 hours my bum hole was litrally itching so bad! It was like it was on fire! And then the following day to that I had red dots appear on my chest!  These lasted for a week and went. But appeared 2 days after sex. Obviously I freaked out when I seen the red dots on my chest Afew people said heat rash but they didn't know what I had been upto 2 nights before.
5 weeks after this exposure I got tested in a UK gum clinic and had a blood test and urine test but I wasn't told what I was been tested for. I asked for a general health check.
Would a gum clinic usually when blood is taken test for HIV? Or would you specifically have to ask for a HIV only test.
Well the result came back negative anyways what ever I was tested for. I also went back 70 days after exposure and asked for a general health check again where blood was taken from my arm and a urine sample given. These results were also negative.
It's been a long time now and anexiety is killing me I've got in my head that what if I wasn't tested for HIV! Does anyone here know what the uk gum clinics standard tests are? Because if HIV isn't on the standard test when they check bloods then I may not have been tested for it. Can HIV rash show 48 hours after sex ?

There's so much confusing and conflicting information online that it's hard for people to understand what is correct. Many online doctors state 6 week antibody test won't change and some state 3 months. For the average person this is hard to take in.  From what I've read online all UK gum clinics should be using 4th gen for there HIV testing.

A six week test very likely won't change. That's true and has been confirmed by the experts who used to post here. But if you're not sure or not convinced then all HIV tests are considered to be conclusive at 12 weeks post exposure. Most people want a final confirmation for piece of mind and that's why they get a final test at 12 weeks to close the chapter.

Regardless, at the end of the day, any negative results along the way are very encouraging and should alleviate a large amount of anxiety for people who are waiting for the final 12 week confirmation. There's no reason to keep freaking out at that point. It's highly illogical to keep questioning the results of an HIV test when it's one of the most reliable tests on the market.

That's good.
If they did a 4th gen hiv test at day 70, I would think they would consider you conclusively hiv negative.
If it was an antibody only test chances of it turning positive at week 12 would be "very" unlikely.

I just spoke to my clinic they said a blood test will check for everything and a urine sample will be checked for everything. She said it's a sexual clinic so everything gets tested for. She also stated that there is a 2 week window period for all STI/ STD.

Hiv symptoms do not occur on day 1 or 2.
You need to call the clinic and ask them what they looked for and whatever they looked for, is a 70 day negative a conclusive result.
