Conclusive? Should I move on?

Hey I'm a 22 year old male and had unprotected vaginal sex with a stripper months ago.  It's not really like me to do something like this but I was really drunk and lost control.  It didn't last very long and she really wasn't wet at all.  I ejaculated right after I pulled out.  I had an oraquick oral swab test done at 10 weeks and 3 days and it was negative.  I am in a relationship now, and I don't want to infect anyone if I am indeed infected.  Should I go back and test again?

From what I've read online some people have been told conclusive or to keep testing with results similar as mine.  So I'm not really sure what to believe.  The anxiety is eating me up as it does for many people.  I decided to post in hopes that hearing replies toward my exact situation will give me a more accurate idea of what I should be doing.

Thanks ahead for your time

Cool that's great news, so I guess I am just suffering from HIV anxiety.  I don't want to spread this disease to anyone if I do have it.  So I am going to take another test just to be sure.  I guess I just wanted to hear it from some more experienced and knowledgeable people what my chances are looking like.

Yes your 12 week test will be neg as well,

single antibody test, Lab based test or rapid testing are both fine.

So was there any point in taking the test at 10 weeks and 3 days?  Is it a good indication that I am indeed negative?

Do you have any recommendations as to which test to take?

Yes if you get a negative result now it will be conclusive.

What's the best test I should do that will definitely let me move on?

It was negative at 10 weeks and 3 days, thats only 11 days shy of the 3 month mark.  How likely will my results be different?

I'm at the 5 month mark now, i'm guessing if I get a negative test now, I can definitely move on right?
