Hi joesmooth,
Apologies, i saw it wrongly regarding your testing (or the lack of).
Condom break is considered unprotected sex. Hence, there is a risk.
If you want to, you can have a test right now, and have another at 3 months; or just have a single test at 3 months.
Wish you all the best.
May God bless

I actually haven't had a test at all. I'm planning on going in soon, but was just curious as to what my real risk is.
Hi joesmooth,
The hiv related symptoms generally appear within 2-4 weeks. Yours at 7 weeks is a little late, if that can be of comfort. Symptoms also, do not diagnose hiv, only tests do.
The majority of people who are truly infected, generally test positive within 6 weeks. Therefore, your 7 weeks negative result is very encouraging.
That said, however, because you had a real risk, you would need a test at 3 months for it to be conclusive.
Wish you all the best.
May God bless
