Would this Be A RISK OF HIV??

Hello
I went to go grab a sub today at a subway, and i kno this might sound stupid but I gave the lady my credit card to charge me, and I came home and ate its all fine but 6-9 hours later i was trying to get the dried mucus out my nose, and i might have scratched my nasal mucosa and it started bleeding, I was wondeering if my finger nails might have touched the credit card infected with hiv and the infected nail scratched inside my nose

IS this a RISKKK???
