hiv related symptoms

on a recent holiday i had oral sex with a condom with a person i beleive is hiv positive... the same condom was reapplied three times my question would be is if the condom was put back on the wrong way would the bodily fluids on the condom have given me exposure to hiv? at the moment it is four weeks after exposure and i have enlarged lymph nodes on my neck is this a sign of infection or just anxiety. please help

Oral exposure does not put you at HIV risk

Because
1. Oral sex is not a risk
2. Condom use with oral is not a risk
3. Saliva would inactivae the virus rendering it unable to infect
4. HIV is fragile virus
