Worried sick, question on hiv rash

Hope I can get some answers to my question if I'm at risk and should get tested. Within the past two months I have had protected sex with 3 different escorts on one occasion I received oral without a condom. About a week ago I got a pretty bad canker sore then noticed my lymph node on left side was swollen on the side of the canker sore. I also developed a small rash on my left armpit that cleared up in a day or two, now a few days later I've developed a rash on the inside of my elbows more so on the left side. I have not had a fever or sore throat. Should I be concerned that this might be ARS? Thanks in advance.

Why would a CSW tamper the condom and put herself at risk? As you were told, your risk was non existent. Protected vaginal/anal and unprotected oral sex are all no risk behaviors

Even if i used the csw condom instead of mine, could have been unreliable or tampered with? do you think i should test? I appreciate your assessment just really trying to calm my nerves!
