This is hard to read how much the disorder of anxiety and possibly ocd that involves intrusive thoughts have impacted your life. Do they have mental health care where you are located? Today, they offer much online as well. Teleheath is quite popular for treatment. There are also many online resources as well. The place to start though is to deny yourself reassurance that you don't have HIV. We've stated the reasons why you don't but your brain has you hooked to keep you worrying and asking and ruminating. If you allow yourself to view the thoughts like any other random thought you have and float in and out without acting on them in any way (looking things up, retesting, going through everything over and over in your mind, asking us, asking your doctor, etc.), they will eventually go away. Asking and researching and overthinking feeds it to not go away. So you have to break from from the pattern. that's my 2 cents psycho babble pep talk. good luck
Your paranoia about the tests is not rational. You tested HIV negative - this is not a complex test. It is a standard laboratory test.
Your partner tested negative 78 days after your encounter, which means she was negative at the time of your encounter and could not have given you HIV. Move on from this event. You do not have HIV.
i lost my job in dubai because I was scared i am infected, three months i didn't enjoy even a second of my stay in my home country, whenever i try to forget things and tell myself i am Allright i get a symptom which is always listed is hiv symptom all over the internet, for example right now i have a lymph node, a rash on my chest, Psoriasis i lost almost 15kg of weight after that unfortunate encounter. now i am planning to go back to Dubai and apply for another job and for that i would have to get tested for hiv there and this makes me scared , always think of what if..she was newly infected with high viral load and it was first week of infection? since she got tested after 78 days not three months? always think like this. i know i am wasting people time but one last question can a newly infected person infect others at her 6th or 7th days of infection? i have heard it takes at least seven days?
