4 yrs back i had sex with a csw and i used a condom and but there were instances of unprotected handjobs with vaginal fluids present now i have a white patch on my mouth and i think its oral hairy lukeplakia which is an obvious symtom of hiv and i touch the patch with my finger and i scrapped off i dont if its likely ti happen as online i see its permenent what do i do i am very worried

I havent gotten tested yet and i rhink that its now four years and symtoms begin to appear and this seems to be the obvious one

It is obvious that you should move on from hiv ideas and "Stop trying to diagnose your own mouth symptoms and see a doctor to determine the cause of your non-HIV related issues."

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

There isn't any other situation that you can think of, including the ones that you mentioned, that would put you at risk for HIV.   Stop trying to diagnose your own mouth symptoms and see a doctor to determine the cause of your non-HIV related issues.
