I am a 50yr old healthy male.

Yesterday  i engaged in the following acts with a homehelp , I was not drunk or high and so recall the events rather accurately:

1. I performed protected anal intercourse with condom on him and ejaculated in condom
2. he performed protected anal intercoursewith condom on me and came in condom

.Please could you give me some commentary on the potential risks of HIV transmissions and do i need  a PEP ?

Intercourse using a condom that does not VISIBLY and obvious break is no risk for HIV.  You do not need PEP or testing, as you were never exposed to HIV through condom-protected intercourse.

To answer your question, your condom was fine even if expired. Expired just means it 'could' have broken easier but it didn't. Condoms breaking are quite noticeable. They don't' get little holes or other such myths. They split wide open and you know. So, your  condom was intact. And also, only the head of your penis needs to be covered. So, no risk. No need for pep or to test.

Just a little Query
The condom of my sex partner looked intact but semen at the bottom was very little seen when it was hanging on his semi erect **** so is there a possibility that semen might have escaped from bottom of condom and entered my rectum and thus would make a way i side my body ?

You already indicated that your last question was the one you posted 3 questions ago.  You would know if a condom break happened. You would not have to ask anyone.  At this point we can only suggest that you talk to someone about your anxiety.
