Wound on my hand

Several days ago,someone's hand was slightly injured by a lizard's claw,and then he passed the lizard to me immediatetly,I was also slightly injured by the claw,(no blood on the woud,very shallow wound)Will I be infected with hiv?Can hiv transmit people by the small wound on people's hands or arms?

You would only become infected if someone injected you with an HIV contaminated syringe.

This will only happen if the wound is caused by a hiv-contaminated object?Will a fresh hand wound be transmitted by a small amount of fresh blood?
