Arm scratched by fingernail and bleeding

Yesterday, i rode bicycle with my classmate, my arm was scratched by his nails and there was a scar a few centimeters. at the same time had a small amount of bleeding. I observed slight redness in his fingers, which should be barbs. He is my classmate, and he is not gay.
I was very nervous because I was afraid that the cut on his hand would come into contact with mine and there would be a risk of infection.Especially i search internet, blood is the main transmission route, which makes me very panicked. I have a phobia.Do I need to do anything?

So, remember last time you posted and we told you the risks for HIV? They haven't changed. I'll remind you one more time. The risks for HIV transmission is to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or share IV needles to inject drugs. That is it. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. So . . . the scenario you write about is not in the least bit related to getting HIV.

You write that you have a phobia. I don't know how old you are or where you live. Anxiety, ocd intrusive thoughts or 'phobias' are treatable mental health conditions. What does NOT help is asking for reassurance. What that does is actually reinforce an irrational thought to feel real to your brain. You may feel better temporarily but it will come raging back over and over. Trying to engage mentally or through researching or asking, etc. with the thought and phobia only makes it worse. So, really? You need to see a psychologist to sort your mental health out or this will plague you forever. You can try to work on it by yourself but we won't participate in making anyone's anxiety worse by short term gain of reassuring you. You have the three risks and can refer back to those from now on. Stop asking and wondering. You already have the answer.

I'm sorry, but I'm afraid that his wound will touch mine, because I'm bleeding from his scratches. I don't know if he's bleeding.

Since your didn't answer the QUESTION, I'll do it for you. Answer> No there wasn't a penis in my anus when I was bicycling and he didn't inject me with a needle while I bicycled, so my fears make zero sense and I should move on, instead of wasting my life obsessing about my hiv phobia.
I gave you the risks. No more reassurance.
