I have Herpes out break after exposure - Low Immune System
Hey, guys today I had a herpes outbreak inside my lips on the bottom portion of it.
In addition, I feel ****, not feeling good, fatigue.
I also have change of vision.
Q: If my exposure was none risk, why am I having so many symptoms?
Any input that can cause this ?

So you have HSV1, so does over have the population. As you been told you need to seek professional mental help instead of playing on an HIV forum.
Good grief, stop it. You did not contract HIV from a hand job. No one ever has, and no one ever will. It's like saying you got pregnant from sitting down on a toilet seat, or that you caught bubonic plague by masturbating. It is a physical impossibility - HIV just doesn't work that way. If it did, there would be many, many more millions of people running around with HIV than is currently the case.
As for why you have oral ulcers and "changes in vision" (whatever those may be), who, on an Internet forum, will be able to tell you that? No one here can tell you why this is happening (though I have a pretty good guess), they can only tell you why it isn't happening: HIV. You may safely stop convincing yourself that you are the only person in the history of the HIV epidemic to have contracted it as a result of receiving a hand job, because you aren't.
A better use of your time may be to determine why you cannot get past this. What else is going on in your life that you have decided to fixate on HIV as a preferable alternative to facing up to it, whatever it is? Figure that out and you will be free of you HIV anxiety forever.
Go to a doctor and stop bothering people who have actual HIV risks. You've posted your story a million times, and it's not going to change.
