afraid about symptoms hiv

i recently had unprotected sex a month ago , and after 2 weeks i had a symptoms for chlamydia,
took 1g azithromycin 2-3 days after clear discharge was a bit gone, pain in urinating gone as well

what bothers me, i am having a low grade on and off temp from 36-37.6, gas on my tummy, pain in my jaw , sore throat after 3 days , but gone after 3 days also,,, got no swollen lymph and no rashes,,, ,thinking bout the late side effects as well of the azithromycin,still having some on and off feverish feel,, is this ARS? got tested last friday and im waiting for my result,,,

Hi, was the vaginal or anal sex? Also with hiv we only confirm with testing as symptoms could be anything. 3 months post exposure would be conclusive.
