Quick question

Hi doctor, its been a while since i last posted. I just have a quick question. As you have read in my last post I tested negative at 19 weeks with an hiv antibody test. I believe this is conclusive, but i am still experiencing symptoms of low fever. Its about 99.5-99.7 daily and every time I have been to the docyor. And I dont have diahreea, but I do have loose stools all the time. And my face is red on th nose and cheeks. The doctor said my body is trying to fight an infection. He is sending me to a gastro intestinal specialist this week. My question is do you think I need another test? This does not sound normal with early hiv symptoms does it? And I have never had a fever to where I have night sweats, which seems common with hiv. Im now 27 weeks after incident. Thank you

Thank you for your help, i have an appointment with a specialist tomorrow. I was just a bit concerned. But I know 19 weeks is plenty of time for the test to be accurate

your test PROVES that you dont have hiv.  continue to work with your doctor to find the root of your health concerns.

First, there are no Doctors here,we are all just sharing advice and information. It takes more than 27 days to develop problems from HIV,probably several years.
