If you used a condom for intercourse, the risk involved in insertive or receptive anal sex is pretty negligible as long as the condom didn't rip, etc. There is a very, very small risk involved with performing oral sex on the trans (it is conservatively quoted on the expert forums as 1:10000 if the trans was HIV+ and there was multiple unprotected occasions and semen was involved). Since you didn't let the trans ejaculate in your mouth, your one time episode exposure risk is around 1:100000 IF they were HIV+ (which is not all that likely as most people are not). Even if there were 1:10 odds that they were +, that puts the risk at around 1 in a million. So yes, there is a risk involved in what you did, but it is a VERY, VERY small risk and it's really nothing to worry about. While case studies say it IS possible to get HIV from oral sex with no ejaculation, a recent medical roundtable suggests that it is on a case by case level and is exceedingly rare, and you really are at a near zero risk if you have good oral hygiene, etc.
In the future though, why not use condoms even for oral sex to be super safe? And one should ALWAYS inquire about their partners HIV/STD status before engaging in any sexual contact.
