any NURSE, please answer

Hi

I am from India. I went to Apollo hospital in Bangalore for hiv testing. The male nurse while taking blood in 2nd tube, blood flow stops and he tried for 3rd tube. then infront of me he removed all blood tube's top and pored blood from 3rd tube to the other 2 tubes to make them balance. the tests are for hiv 1 and 2 antibody ELFA and p24 antigen test.

I got hiv 1 and 2 antibody ELFA test after 1 day: non-reactive
I got p24 antigen test after 5 days (as he hold me it takes 5 days. I dont know the generation of p24 antigen test): non-reactive

I have possible low risk exposures from 51 and 37 days. Since male nurse opened the blood to air, I am thinking the test results were of no use now

Is my thinking correct? or i can trust this test result?

thanks for your answers

I got hiv 1 and 2 test result after 1 day and p24 antigen test result after 5 days - both non-reactive. is this results are no use (after possile 51 anf 37 days of exposure) due to air exposure of blood after blood taken from me by male nurse?

i agree Apollo is the best hospital, but poring blood from one test tube to another looks wired to me. the male nurse was aware that its for hiv testing, but still he did that infront of me.

i think it may affect the test results, since hiv deactivates on exposure to air
