ashamedandworried about ARS symptoms in 7th week after exposure

On the 27thJune n 3rdJuly of this year I had unprotected vaginal intercourse with an African man I later found out to be very promiscous. In the 7thweek after exposur  on the 13thAug,I started to feel like my throat was scratchy and itchy or trying to get sore but I had no difficulty with swallowing. It was not painful too..it went away after 5 days after which I started experiencing muscle pain in my neck n shoulder. I also sometimes had phlegm in my throat..it was sometimes bloody or yellowish. I had no fever(not that I am aware of) and no rash. The muscle pain went away after about 5 days after. A week later I developed a cough, congested and runny nose and was always expelling phlegm(yellowish n yellow-green phlegm) but had no sore throat.
The muscle ache returned in my neck and shoulder during this time. All these symptoms went away on the 5th September. I hope you can help me figure this out...is it ARS? And do I have hiv?...pls help I am very worried...thank you
