blood blown into eye

Hi everyone. I was watching someone a couple of feet away peeling a scab off a barely healed wound on his elbow and I saw blood on the new skin. A gust of wind blew up and I felt something enter my eyes. I supposed it was tiny drips of blood or tiny pieces of scab with blood attached to them. Can HIV transmit this way? Thanks.

Thank you Teak. I will. So, is the event I discribed above an exposure or not?
