sore throat on day 2.. hiv symptom ??

I am male/27 yrs..first of all I am not much aware about sex.. just read some thing about hiv and prevention in medhelp.. 1 week back, myself and my two of the other male friends had a protected sex with a prostitute one by one.. I am the second one to go..I used a condom before i start my play and the play went upto 20 mins and i even checked the condition of condom after sex, it was ok. Everything went fine, until next day eve I saw a dry bursted bump(which shud have been bleeded some hours back) in my left thigh (side thigh just below my balls), somewhat reachable to my penis. I am not very much sure, when it started bleeding and whether  it was bleeding during my intercourse. My worry is tat, if at all bump was bleeding during sex with her and if my condom touches that wound or some extracts from her vagina (will there be any??) touches that wound( kindly apologize for my worst assumptions), Is there any possibility of myself getting HIV. Eventhough most of the things i have given above are assumptions why I am asking the question of myself getting HIV is that, myself and one of my friend who had sex with the same women developed a sore throat on day2 which was there for couple of days followed by cold which is present still now. I heard some where that a flu and a sore throat are one of the symptom of the disease..PLease advice.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
Mother to child

So do you mean that a open sore / bleeding bumps in hands,legs (any outside part of the human body) doesnt carry the virus??

Zero if it is not inside the body.

Dear Teak, Thanks.. I just want to ask you a quick question.. wat are the possiblities of getting the disease if the infected vaginal fluid directly touches the open sore/ bump in men's body..
