blood on pork meat

Hi,

I was visiting an aunt who is HIV positive.
While preparing the meal (French fries, grilled pork and salade), she cut his finger with the knife.
She was bleeding for some minutes, and then continue to make the food, with this open wound.
If she touch the fries, barbecue meat and vegetables (before cook them), and there was some blood on them,
and I ate the food about 30 minutes later, can I get HIV?

Thank you.

no risk because1)hiv after exposing to air it will be inactive(cannot infect to others but alive until it dries)
2)during cooking the virus in the fluid is subjected to temperature so it will die.
3)even if u ate that food your saliva inhibits the hiv transmission due to salivary enzymes present in your mouth.
4)even after mouth, the stomach secretes gastric hydrochloric acid whose ph is 2 that kills the virus.....your possible risk is 0.
