breast fluid other than milk can be a hiv carrier

while reading over like hundreds of articles on hiv here,i got some knowledge too
and few concerns too
"hiv can transmit through breast milk"
being one of them,
i had a concern that is it only the breast milk than can carry HIV or some other fluids too can be a carrier?

The only risk you have to worry about is unprotected anal and/or vaginal sex.

Babies don't have a mature immune system. Breast milk will not affect adults.

But vance it is a well known fact ..that it can be passed on to babies from pregnant mothers during delivery time or through breast milk
Please correct me if  i am wrong :(:(

m sorry to bug u again
bt when i am talking of fluids from breasts,these are some fluids which come out sometimes when breasts are sucked or fondled hard ,or sometimes when i am sexuallly very active
its a while coloured fluid
i was just curiuos abt the fluid from breasts and not breast milk
