bruise on penis after protected sex

The day after protected oral and vaginal sex with a woman I notices a small round purple circular mark on my penis.  The mark is not raised and there appear to be no breaks in the skin and that a blood vessel has burst below the skin's surface.  I am now quite concerned that the there may have been hiv transmission even thought the sex was protected and the condom did not break.  Can hiv be transmitted through bruises of the skin?

I believe the bruise may have occurred during vaginal sex or pinching of the condom possible when removing - not entirely sure.  In any event, would this situation indicate any unusual risk of transmission?
