Please help me pleasseeee is Hiv test at 7 weeks reliable ?

hi there,

First i want to aplogize for my bad inglish.

Am a woman and stupidly had a unprotected sex with a male.About 2/3 weeks later i could swear that i have almost all the signs of acute hiv.

-  Low grade fever
-  Chills
-  Night sweats
-  Anorexia
-  Body itch
-  Body tingling
-  Dehydration
-  Vision pain and neck pain
-  I was veryyyyy exhausted would sleep whole day
-  Amenorhhea

You name is i was very convince that i had acute hiv test.
Many docktor had done urine and blood test and they have found out that i have a mild liver infection at first they taught is was hepatis A-B-C but all test came back negative. Only one came positive that was Acute or infectious Eipstein Barr.

I have done 3 and 7 week Hiv Elisa test all came back negative now am waiting to do 11 week elisa test but i am very afraid.

Is it possible that i have really Mono and not Hiv ?
Am scared to death.I cry so much and living a very stressfull life.I cant barrey sleep. Is Hiv at 7 week reliable ?

Am still gonna test at 11 weeks 13 weeks and 6 month
Please anyone helppp. I know i was stupid. And he is telling me that he is not Hiv positive but i dont trust him..

Sory for the long story...
