I've lost it...evrything

I had a one night stand with a younger woman who claims she is definitely HIV negative.  I've lost my marriage, and now my health seems to be plummeting, especially mentally.  About four weeks after my drunken unprotected vaginal exposure, my gland sbegan to hurt, groin and armpits/pectorals.  I tracked this person down who says they have nothing and that I'm losing it.  I think I am, but I want to reconcile with my wife and HIV would eliminate that.  I will get tested but do to my already over-anxious mind and my incessant internet searching, I'm convinced I have HIV.  I've had absolutely no ther symptoms, no fever ever, but I'm still convinced, due to the pain in those areas.  Any comments are greatly appreciated.

Symptoms is never a way to diagnosis HIV. The only thing you can do it test to find out what you want to know.

Please be relaxed,,,

Worries can indeed magnify your pain or symptoms. Yes it happened to me before.

Get tested for HIV, and you can pretty much rely on on your negative results (since if the swollen glands were related to HIV, your body would be producing antibodies now)

Test again at 3 months, and it is good to run an STD check-up to

and let us know you are safe.
