Possibility of HIV infection from Saliva

At first excuse me for my English, I'm foreigner
On February, 21 2015 I hand shake someone I know him and I know he has a lot of sexual actions with girls, the problem is that his right hand was wet with his Saliva, Afterward (less than five minutes) I ate some potato chips with my right hand which I doubt if it's wet or not with his Saliva (As I remember it wasn't wet with his Saliva)
14 days later, March, 8 , 2015 (at the fifteenth day) I took HIV PCR RNA test it came Negative, Target not detected
28 days later, March , 15 , 2015 (at the twentieth ninth day) I took HIV Combo test and came Negative 0.274 S/CO
the problem is that I took Allerfin injection (Anti histamine) on March, 3, 2015 (four to five days before the PCR RNA test)
the questions are the following :
Am I safe from HIV or getting HIV infected from Saliva?
Could the Allerfin injection affect on my result, could this injection convert the positive results into negative results (the results that I got them), or it doesn't affect on the results?
Do I need further tests, at the lab where I went to they told me that the combo give Definitive result after 4 - 6 weeks, Do I need to get tested at the 6th week post exposure?
The lab that I took the PCR RNA test told me that this test give Definitive result after 12 days of exposure, Is this really true?
Please... Could any Doctor here answer my questions?

As I have seen here that the Combo is conclusive at 28 days but it's conclusive only for Antigen, and I know there's antigen only for HIV 1 and there's NO antigen for HIV 2, Is this really true?!
any one here can answer my question
