can this be ARS?

So about 20 days ago i had protected oral and vag sex with a girl i had just meet. There was some unprotected kissing, spiting on the genital areas and some wild naked rubing on each other (genitals were touching each other).

I'm quite not 100% sure if there was no penetration at all during the rubing but i don't think so and if there was it would have been quite brief (less than 20 secs).

The first week after the encounter i started having some diarreah and some hip join pain together with some lower back pain... after some anti-inflammatory the hip and back pain  seemed to be passing but the diarreah was going no where so i was recommended to stop taking the anti-inflammatory since there was a chance that could be causing the diarreah.

on the 2nd week after the encounter i had a really small white tonsillitis on my throat which barelly had any synthoms (really mild pain many times unnoticeable while drinking or swallowing), i felt my neck (glands) a bit swallon althouht nothing was visible (the feeling was more inside) and my toungue was slightly white... all this seems to be disappearing after 5/6 days the  white tonsillitis is gone, the neck only rarely feels swallon (i guess motly when i'm paying attention) and my tongue while it is still white it is about 50% less white than it was.

Now 20days after the encounter i still have dearreah (some loose stool not watery) still some lowerback pain (less than before) and now it seems like i'm feeling joint pain on my ankles and my hip.

I have to say that i'm very nervous and i've been very anxyous about this since the firstday...i've searching in the internet for everything in the past days and 80% of my days are passed thinking i contracted HIV.

Could this be early ARS? or is it all anxiety? Do my symthoms matchs ARS?
I'm quite scared =(

thank you for your help and sorry for my english

You can only be exposed to HIV if you:
1) Have unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Share IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

You stated that you had protected vaginal sex.  If so, this is NO RISK.  Oral sex, rubbing, kissing, etc are all NO RISK for HIV.  Whatever symptoms you are experiencing are absolutely not ARS.
