after testing faith positive in local clinic and thz day i have taken that lady to other local linic tested neg with 20 min test at 85 day
On fear i have done wb result came yest was indeterminate.

The durations don't matter, what matters is the result and yes, she's HIV negative.

Any negative beyond 3 months post-exposure is conclusive and cannot be false. FALSE POSITIVE though, can occur beyond that and if so is the case, it will be confirmed with a confirmatory test like WB and so the lady is conclusively HIV negative.
