With the "2 strokes in you" the story has been changed now.... :)
Anyhow, testing at 8 weeks is unlikely to change. But if there was penetration, you should obtain conclusive result at 3 months.

1) yes, effective
2) you don't need to test, because you had no risk. And your test result clearly shows that.

Okay so I got tested with a rapid hiv test today and it came back negative. I made the calculations and its been 8 weeks to possible exposure. My questions are these;

1) Is the rapid hiv test effective? I got results in 20 min.

2) Since it was neg. After 8 weeks do I need to retest again in a few weeks?

Thank you so much for your patience.

I think you should have known if there was penetration. Normally deep penetration is needed for transmission.

Your described activities carry no risk for HIV. And the one swollen lymph node is not a symptom of hiv. If lymph nodes swell due to hiv or other viral infection, they should swell more than one. If it's just one, it can be due to some bacterial infection. And the location indicates the area of possible source of infection.
