About the risk of infection..

Hi, I had PROTECTED anal sex (i'm the receiver) with a man 3 weeks ago and I gave him UNPROTECTED blowjob as well. The condoms did NOT break and he did NOT cum inside my mouth. 2 weeks later i started to have low grade fever that come and go and come and go for 5-6 days, muscle pain, chill and most importantly, i developed rashes all over my chest, abs and my arms....some on the neck too...

it seems that i'm infected with HIV and im juz thinking, could these low risk exposures possibly give me HIV?

Also, can anyone tell how does ARS HIV rahes look like? Thanks for answering.
