Hi,
i had a minute long unprotected sex with i prostitute in thailand on 11th of june.Immediately after an hour of having sex,i started developing rashes on my skin (hands,legs,shoulders) and they continued for about 3 days
Affter 5 days ( on 16th june ) my friend advised me to take PEP (i know it was too late ).The same day i noticed my tongue was white and had diarrohea. 2 days after taking PEP,i had achy back,fatigue,dizziness (white tongue still there). I went to a doctor and he confirmed it was oral candidasis. he asked me to take several tests (hepatitus B,C,hiv P24 antigen).reports of hepatitus b,c are out and are non-reactive.Also after reading from net  and consulting a doctor,i stopped   PEP medicine (as 5 days are too long to start PEP).dizziness and fatigue are gone ,but i still sometimes develop back aches.Also,one thing that is more worrysome is no matter what time i sleep,i get up at the same time more or less ,with fatigue (3 days after i stopped PEP).sometimes i feel warmth inside my body (head) but the when i check the temperature,it comes out to be normal.i know its too early for anything to be confirmed but the anxiety is killing me.please help.

I developed scabies one hour after having sexual intercourse.
Does it increaase my chances of hiv?

guys you do not develop symptoms that quickly -  if you develop symptoms at all

and you really should not take pep like that - its a strong drug indeed

12 day test will not be conclusive at all

wait for 6-8 weeks for an idea
then 12 for a conclusive

Sorry abhi471 if you think I am taking over your post but I have similiar symptoms as you have posted.
I did a similar stupid act and I have similar sypmtoms.... white tongue, diarrhea.
The next day after (Having unprotected sex with a prostitute for maybe 20 secsonds) I noticed white spots at the back of my mouth. Now about 4weeks later I have completely white tongue. I had a bad case of diahorea about 2 days after the event.

I have been tested and am awaiting results.

Like abhi471 could this be anything but HIV?
