exposure risk

A few months ago, I had protected sex with a girl in Russia. However, before putting on a condom, she rubbed my penis on the outside of her vagina for a few seconds. I always use protection, but I have to get an HIV test to renew my work permit soon, and i am getting a little nervous. Is there any risk of contracting HIV from this type of exposure?
