risk assessment

hello dear doctor
i had an anal sex with a man 4 weeks ago( i was top) and i had a disease with following symptoms 12 days post sex.i have to say that i used condom but i bought it 3 years ago and it was the last one. it didn't broke but i am not sure if it had any small hole or something in it. it is important to say that it was latex condom and was not expired. its expiration date is 2014 i checked it. but i had the following symptoms:
mild fever for 2 days
weight loss about 2 kg
dry mouth and white tongue
bad headache
neck stiffness
rash on my chest
i had these symptoms for 10 days and i am o.k now. i took a rapid test after 25 days and it was negative. doctor said to me that there is not need for another test. i can't forget symptoms please give me advice.

As you used a condom and as it did not break and as the condom was used with the expiry period, there is no risk of HIV. However are you sure the expiry period of the comdom is in 2014 as you say you got it 3 years ago?
