i'm from vietnam and my english not good, but i hope everybody could be help me.
About 2 days ago i have risks from callgirl, when she have ******* for me but i dont like and requested handjob only.about last 10s she have ******* on my penis then shot my sperm in her mouth.My penis no cuts, i haven't vagina sex and anal sex, ******* last 10seconds only.So i real getting HIV from *******? i really worried about it, i should have PEP?

If by ******* you  mean oral sex, than there was no risk and you dont need tasting and certainly dont need PEP. HIV is transmitted only through unprotected vaginal/anal sex, sharing iv drug works, mother to child.

At no time were you @ risk of HIV infection. Certainly you should take PEP.

FYI: PEP is highly toxic medicines taken after a significant risk (usually unprotected sex with someone who is confirmed to be HIV+, someone who has been raped or sexuallt assualted or front line medical staff who could suffer an occupational exposure.)

You fit none of those catergories.
