Is this HIV?
I had sex with condom in mid September. After a month I had a sore throat which has been continuing till now but this is in the lower part of the neck. After 4 months, have a scrotal swelling on both sides......

Yesterday night I noticed white coating on my tongue and the sore throat is still there, but a bit more painful.
I have been taking antibiotics for my scrotal swelling since 22nd jan...
The swelling has reduced but still not completely gone.
Also, I feel a bit tired nowadays
Should I be concerned?
