do i need to start PEP?? please help

dear all,
from 5 hours ago i went to massage parlor,
the girl who doing massage for me had a cut which is band aided in her right hand middle finger.
she start to make massage for my hand ,she pull up my fingers too strongly,
i have nail base sores which are not bleeding but very sensitive.
i didn`t notice any blood on her hands but she may have non noticeable blood from her cut that came in contact with my nail sores.
i think she is HIV+ because she offered me an UN-PROTECTED sex but i REFUSE TO MAKE SEX (PROTECTED OR UN-PROTECTED)
MY EXPOSURE ONLY IS massage for my fingers as i mention and either massage for my chest which include hard massage for my nipples.

NOW my questions are:
1) could i contract hiv from this manner( my fingers and nipples)???
2) do i need to test for HIV??
3) do i need to start PEP???
