clinical thermometer to measure fever. RISK?

i'm very afrai that i got hiv today. i felt a little sick an wanted to measure my temperature. i took a clinical thermometer that was laying in my shelf and i saw that there was some dirt or maybe dryed blood on it. i just use the thermometer without thinking and measured in my anus. now i'm very afrai that there migt have been dryed bloo or some infectious fluid on it because someone like my housekeeper touched it when i was not around. please help me. if this was blood, is it angerous? whats the difference in risk between that and unprotected anal sex?

there was blood on the tip of the thermometer i must assume.
i think i have general anxiety of hiv. EVERY day i think i was infected like 3 or 4 times. let me just tell you some things i was afrai of today just to give you an idea of how this influences my live.
1. i walked over some red spot on the street an thought it was blood.
2. i was in a restaurant an touche with my knee below the esk an thought there was a needle.
4. i went to the restroom took a pee an some of the water splashed back on my penis under my foreskin.
5. afraid to put on a new underwear because there is some white stuff on and i think it might be sperm which infects me.

this **** costs me hours every day...

but what if someone else used it shortly before i used it. one hears very frequently that people get infecte by sharig dilos and stuff like that. thats no different to my situation

You never had an exposure. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
