elisa accuracy???

How much chances r there that a negative elisa after 24 months of exposure cud become positive in future????
Is there any need of further testing?

3 months is conclusive and the only way you can have a positive test after that is by having another exposure.

hey sorry to ask again
but is elisa the surest test or pcr at 24 months of exposure because some sites quote incidences of seroconversion after many years
