Oil massage touched penis

I had a hot oil massage naked and the therapist touched the tip on my penis and the area under the foreskin and dripped hot oil on it.  Am I at risk of hiv if she had bodily fluids on her hand or in the oils?

What about the pimple or touching urethra

As an adult, the only risk behaviors for HIV are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

If you do not do either of those things, you will never have to worry about HIV.   Nothing else that you can think of, including the pimple or touching of your urethra, is a risk for HIV.

I should add that I also have a small pimple on my shaft, is that a way for infection to occur?

Only risks are unprotected vaginal and anal, and anything else is not a risk. You had no risk.
