exposure and risk to HIV/STDs?

To Doctor H,

I am a 19 years old male and I recently had intercourse for the first time. To be specific, I was given oral sex for a few minutes (3-4 minutes?) and I did not climax at all unprotected. I had sex with a girl that I did know but more like an acquaintance, so I'm very unsure of her sexual background. There were periods when we both did not have our pants on and did genital apposition where my penis rubbed against her vagina, but never went in. There was kissing also. Is the risk low or high? However, the vaginal intercourse was protected. I did ejaculate into her, and when I withdrew I saw no signs of breaking or leakage from the condom, because the semen was inside. I've heard the risk from oral sex and genital apposition are fairly low but I'm unsure of myself. She did not have any cuts or abrasions on her lip or mouth. Also, a day after this incident, I started to urinate more frequently, however when I did go to the restroom little or no urine came out. This has continued for the past couple of days now. There is no discharge or any body pain. A slight itch is around the anal area but not severe. I went to the hospital and they gave me medication for gonorrea and chlamydia but I'm still a little paranoid. I know this might have to do with anxiety since I am in college, a pre-med student that is always studying. Should I be worried or get tested?
