fellatio with ejaculation

Dear Drs.

i am a 24 gay male from Egypt, i know the prevalence of HIV in Egypt is relatively low, but i also never practice anal sex or anything..so i am usually safe, i just like to give oral fellatio and sometimes i like to take the sperm in my mouth....i have a good dental health but have two impacted wisdom teeth with no bleeding or open sores that i am aware of..

my question is, is giving fellatio with ejaculation a dangerous practice in general? should i get tested more often? i recently had the Ag/Ab test after 5 weeks from the last exposure and it came back negative, but i am always paranoid after any exposure, even a quick fellatio with ejaculation....please help me :)

I'd say that the majority of questions we get here are about oral sex.  For all intents and purposes, it's considered safe sex in regard to HIV, even with ejaculation.

No. HIV is not transmitted by oral sex.
