Last night me and my friends got in to it with some hoodlums.. Me and the one guy started to fight. My friend told me he had blood coming from his nose. Me and him tussle and I fall on the ground. His other friend kicks me in the head. The guys run off and I notice I have a pretty bad laceration.. I need stitches. I'm pretty sure the wound was from when his friend kicked me in the head. What's my risk of hiv infection?
