fingertip peeling

Hi Doctor   if I had unprotected oral sex with a sex worker, 3 weeks later I start to have peeling skin on my fingertips (almost all fingertips), I am so worried can this be a symptom of hiv infection? I have no rashes on my palm only peeling fingertips. They dont hurt or itch. I went to see two Doctors and both said they are just caused by dryness. I Just want to clearify that can HIV cause fingertips to peel? Is peeling fingertips even a symptom to consider for Hiv infection?       thanks

Unprotected oral sex is not a risk for HIV, so any symptoms you have will not be linked to HIV.  Also even though HIV is not identified by symptoms, if it helps your anxiety people experiencing ARS usually get flu like symptoms, however 40% of those infected don't get any symptoms at all.
