food of hiv

I eat chinese food with some friends, one person is inserted fishbone breaking the mouth and have a little bleeding, and I have some mouth ulcers, we eat
the same plate of food, is there a risk of hiv?

thanks!but we use the chopsticks,can chopsticks carry the blood with hiv in his mouth to the food ,and then my chopsticks carry the food with hiv to my mouth ulcers?that is mean:chopsticks to food ,to chopsticks,to my mouth. is still no risk?
