freaking out body numbness & swollen neck glands
I am a 23 yr old female. I have been in a serious relationship for approx. 2yrs now. Before this relationship I had a few unprotected sexual encounters. In the past few months I have been suffering from swollen neck glands,mostly on the right they hurt when i touch them but I do touch them all the time cant help it! I have also been experiencing body numbness especially down the left side of my body! I feel aches and pains here and there but I have always been pretty weak like that! Another thing that is scaring me is that lately my boyfriend has been getting diareah when after eating, not all the time but more often than he ever had before. Im scared out of my mind , I went to my doc today and i took the HIV test! I cant stop thinking about it , Im thinking its just making my symptoms worse I dont know????? Please anybody let me know what you think?????? I am really losing my mind!!

Im a bit confused, so your saying that once the initial stae of ARS passes people with HIV hhave no symptoms they just feel normal and healthy? Sorry just extremely confused and worried!
if i follow your post correctly, you had what you think may be high risk 2 years ago and u think u may now be comming down with HIV, or have HIV. Your current boy friend has fallen ill, as of late.
Well, ARS, witch is the primary illness you get after contracting HIV. ARS conssists of flu like symptoms. Now, I think you are telling us that u think u are going through ARS two years after exposure.
NO, it does not work like that. 2 years is way, over the time of exposure to HIV. I think it takes a week to 2 weeks before ARS onset.
NOW, are you ill, well u have symptoms, did u pass it toy your boy friend, possibly.... but it aint HIV, and u two will be just fine.
